We devastatingly lost our cat Jessie in the summer when she was hit by a car driving too fast outside our house. It impacted us all terribly but more so Holly, who was utterly heartbroken. When our neighbours cat fell pregnant with kittens we had no intention of taking on one of the babies but as soon as Holly laid eyes on them she was desperate for the smallest kitten in the litter and begged us to give her a forever home.
