AGIOS NIKOLAOS BEACH 🏖 FOLEGANDROS ISLAND ☀️☀️☀️ Oggi amici miei siamo a Folegandros e andremo a vedere la spiaggia di Agios Nikolaos, una chicca assolutamente imperdibile dell'isola, si trova nella costa ovest di Folegandros a 5 km dalla Chora. Qui troverete sabbia mista a ciottoli, lambita da splendide acque cristalline e circondata da numerosi alberelli che forniscono un po' di ombra ai bagnanti. Ad Agios Nikolaos troverete pace e tranquillità, oltre a qualche nudista, essendo una spiaggia molto popolare tra quest'ultimi. Cosa trovo nella spiaggia di Agios Nikolaos? Nella spiaggia di Agios Nikolaos troverete solo una taverna, dove gustare piatti traizionali di cucina greca, il tutto accompagnato da una meravigliosa vista sul mare, non solo, ma anche un baretto sulla spiaggia dove recarsi per poter sorseggiare una bevanda rinfrescante, assaggiare un buon caffè greco o semplicemente ascoltare un po' di musica guardando il mare. Nella baia non troverete le solite comodità come lettini ed ombrelloni da noleggiare, perchè Agios Nikolaos non ne ha bisogno, gli alberelli che arricchiscono la baia garantiscono ai bagnanti un bel po' di ombra naturale mentre la sabbia morbida permette un riposo perfetto. Come raggiungo la spiaggia di Agios Nikolaos? Per raggiungere la spiaggia di Agios Nikolaos ci sono due modi: a piedi o col taxi boat. Nel primo caso dovrete partire dal villaggetto di Agkali a piedi e percorrere un sentiero pressoché impervio, non ombreggiato e senza protezioni, ricco di pietre sparse qua e là, perciò vi suggerisco di utilizzare scarpe comode e di portarvi dell'acqua, è un sentiero con sali e scendi. Dopo circa una mezz'oretta di cammino, il bellissimo scenario della baia si paleserà di fronte ai vostri occhi, e lì capirete che tutti quegli sforzi non sono stati vani, anzi, la vostra fatica verrà egregiamente ripagata. Nel secondo caso, ovvero col taxi boat, la fatica non esisterà. Prendete una delle barche locali che partono ogni mezz'ora dalla spiaggia di Agkali dal costo di pochi euro, e in soli 5 minuti sarete già con i piedi immersi nella sabbia morbida di Paralìa Agios Nikolaos. Lo svantaggio del taxi boat è che arriverete assieme a tutti gli altri visitatori, perciò l'atmosfera "intima" potrebbe perdersi. La cosa importante è non perdervi Agios Nikolaos. On the beach of Agios Nikolaos you will find only a tavern, where you can taste traditional Greek cuisine, all accompanied by a wonderful view of the sea, not only that, but also a little bar on the beach where you can go to sip a refreshing drink, taste a good coffee Greek or simply listen to some music while looking at the sea. In the bay you will not find the usual comforts such as sunbeds and umbrellas to rent, because Agios Nikolaos does not need them, the small trees that enrich the bay guarantee bathers a lot of natural shade while the soft sand allows for a perfect rest. How do I get to Agios Nikolaos beach? To reach Agios Nikolaos beach there are two ways: on foot or by taxi boat. In the first case you will have to start from the village of Agkali on foot and follow an almost impervious path, not shaded and without protection, full of stones scattered here and there, so I suggest you use comfortable shoes and bring water, it is a path with go up and down. After about half an hour of walking, the beautiful scenery of the bay will appear before your eyes, and there you will understand that all those efforts were not in vain, on the contrary, your effort will be greatly rewarded. In the second case, i.e. with the taxi boat, the effort will not exist. Take one of the local boats that leave every half hour from Agkali beach for a few euros, and in just 5 minutes you will already have your feet immersed in the soft sand of Paralìa Agios Nikolaos. The disadvantage of the taxi boat is that you will arrive together with all the other visitors, so the "intimate" atmosphere may be lost. The important thing is not to miss Agios Nikolaos.
