Dear Esteemed Viewers, Here we are again, welcoming everyone to the February 2025 Knowledge Sharing Series of The Administrators' Hub (TAH), where we would be looking at an all-important Topic. With the advent of the 21st Century, came a major shift regarding who a leader is. This became quite necessary with the diverse evolutions daily characterising how work is done. We began to draw clear lines between who a Manager is, and a who a Leader is. Several leadership theories and perspectives began to emerge. Clearly, we are able to deduce that a leader is anyone who inspires and motivates others to optimise their performance, thereby raising others like them. How is this so? How is this done?
