🌉 Milestone for North East Link! The Spark North East Link Tunnels D&C team successfully installed the upgraded 21‑metre Silk Street pedestrian bridge over Lower Plenty Road! Crews worked around the clock to complete the installation safely and efficiently. The new bridge not only provides a safer crossing for local schools and the community but has also been raised to allow larger trucks to travel underneath with ease. Webuild, as part of the Spark Joint Venture, is delivering the North East Link tunnels. The project will enable a more sustainable future by taking 15,000 trucks off local roads every day and reducing travel times by up to 35 minutes for commuters.
