Growing up my biggest insecurity was my big nose and I really wanted to change my nose I spent hours Doing nose exercises and I watch a plenty of videos on YouTube to how to reduce nose size and all of them was useless so if you are having this problem of big nose like me watch this video till end So guys my name is harsh and I AM 19 years old and today I look like this bit it was not the same as if you look at my past photos I look like pinocio. So how did I made my nose look smaller No. 1 - forward growth of lower jaw if you See my old photos you would notice that my jawline was very recessed but rightnow it has good forward growth so how did I did this. 1st thing I did was I had a very dirty habbit of nose breathing at that time which I stopped immediately but at night time I was not able to stop myself from mouth breathing so I used Medical tape and Wrap it around my face before sleeping and not only it improved my posture but it also imoroved my sleep a lot. Second thing I did was mewing but I was not able to do it all the time and I was also Doing it in the wrong way so I found a trick where you have to put your toung at the top roof of your mouth and swallow three times which would automatically create a vaccum and you will be mewing until you want to speak or eat and after couple of weeks I get used to it and till this date I AM stick to this habbit. Though mewing and nose breathing help me a lot the Major thing that help me in making my nose look smaller was my hairstyle Looks at these two pictures you will notice a big thing that the second one is Looking way more better because in this photo I have a better hairstyle which has tons of volume and it also covers my forehead. Whats happening is that this hairstyle is taking all the attention out of my nose and hence creating an illusion of smaller nose and that's why for All the guys who had massive nose like I had you need to make sure that you have to choose a hairstyle with High volume And if your forehead is big like me than make sure to cover your forehead also The best hairstyle I would recommend is Textured fringe which goes with almost every hair type is Textured Fringe.
