Endometrium: Is normal in thickness (9.5mm.) Which corresponds her phase of menstruation. No any GS or product of concept seen within the endometrium Myometrium: Is homogeneous. No focal lesion seen in the myometrium. Right Ovary: There is a complex cystic Mass noted in the ovary measuring 4.0 cm. thick wall with internal solid component. Color doppler shows no vascularity. Left Ovary: Normal in size, and echogenicity. Measuring Volume 5.5 cc. Cul-de-Sac: No fluid collection is present in POD. Right ovarian complex cystic mass. ( D/D Hemorrhagic cyst.)
