The construction of Neelum Road will benefit the local population as well as Khayaban-e-Amin, Lake City, Faziya Housing Scheme, as well as the housing societies located on Jaya Baga Road, including Liberty Lands, Park Avenue, Zaitoon Lifestyle, Civil City, and, in addition to them, Ittehad Town Phase 2, Olympic Cooperative Housing Society, and LDA City.
