The Queen's Gambit (1.d4 d5, 2.c4 dxc4) is one of many openings played by the white army to establish a stronger presence in the center of the board. This game I played was more of the conventional kind where the moves were mostly by-the-book. One key part of this game was my ability to keep my opponent's King tucked away in the corner, in this case on h8. When attacking a cornered King, it's important to apply pressure with pieces and bring in as many pieces as possible to make the attack work. Also note that the doubled-up pawns for the black army ended up playing a key role in the win for white. My Ko-Fi Page: https://ko-fi.com/stevenvitte
