It's been a tough year for all of us. Maybe we've felt like we're living in the shadows of covid. But of course, it's not just covid, is it? Life itself can be tough in any year. Health, finances, families; there are so many things that give us cause for concern. So often, we end up living our lives in the darkness and the shadows. But this beautiful song by Craig Courtney says "Who but the Lord can bring the shadows light?". And this is followed by a prayer, a prayer that each of us can make: "Shine n us". We say this prayer because we have faith that God will draw near and help us in a way that no one else can, that he will light our path and guide us out of the darkness. Do you have that faith? Or do you want that faith?
