Low body fat helps reduce the extent of the pot belly, Therefore it is important to get low body fat levels in order to transform your body! Dropping body fat can be done through a combination of resistance and cardiorespiratory training. High Intensity Interval Training and sprints are also great forms of exercise to drop body fat and transform your body! I recommend a mix of all forms of training in your weekly workout routine, with a primary focus on weight training to gain maximal improvements in your Pectus condition.
