This is a vibrant 62 y young woman who is a Customer Service Agent for FTD Flowers suffering with backpain and severe right leg pain. She has a two level spondylolisthesis at one at L3-4 and L4-5 but what is very unique and exciting is she mostly has a right L4 and L5 neural foraminal stenosis. If we can perform a laser endoscopic discectomy and steer clear of causing instability to the spondylolisthesis segments that will avoid a fusion.
