In this review, I'm going to take a look at another beer from the Fat Head's Brewery (@fatheadsbrewery), and it's their Benjamin Danklin. This is an American IPA that is brewed with Chinook, Citra and Simcoe hops. Another IPA from Fat Head's? SIGN ME UP! It sounds like another old school IPA -- probably more in the West Coast realm -- but with an Independence Day theme. Let's see how it is! I also want to give a huge thanks to a very good friend of mine, and viewer of the channel, Curtis (@curtisbrause9255), for this beer! Link to Curtis' Beer Mail: Courtesy of ... Curtis | Beer Mail • Courtesy of ... Curtis | Beer Mail | #113 Commercial Description: Like a lightning bolt of lupulin, this celebratory IPA is loaded with notes of citrus, mango, and pine. We're convinced there's a statesman in our history that wants us to be hoppy! To honor this founding father and America's July 4th, 1776 Independence Day, we made a 7.4% ABV beer with a beginning gravity of 17 and IBUs of 76! Pertinent Information: Brewery - Fat Head's Brewery (Middleburg Heights, OH) Beer - Benjamin Danklin Style - American IPA ABV - 7.4% IBU - 76 Canned On Date - 04/25/25 (Approximately five weeks old at the time of review) Social Media Contacts: Linktree https://linktr.ee/thebeerpatroll Thanks for watching!
