Take a pan and pour the milk 2. Put the basmathi rice in the milk and stir well 3. Add cream into it and again stir well until when it becomes thick. 4. Turn off the stove and add sugar,bad am,rose water 5. Allow to cool.Pour the half of the mix into another bowl and add saffron milk into it. 6. Take a small bowl and take some mix and add some pista and mix well. 7. Take a serving glass and put the three layers as one by one.
