I had to rebuild the engine, replace the jet drive and do many repairs. I cut the top of the jet ski off and built a custom flat boat deck. I built a tiny center console to house the waverunner controls onto. I added an aluminium 4 rod holder rack on the back. I installed a smart GPS controlled trolling motor on the front. I added custom stabilizers on the sides that lift out of the water using electric actuators. This is the ultimate fishing skiff jet ski waverunner and it only cost me around $1500 with everything, compare that to the $30k Yamaha Crosswave.
