Scariest Deer Rescue Of My Life Narrated | Brad Harmon | ReelTime Animal Rescue | Broadbent Wildlife

This one is originally from a couple years ago before I had the sound figured out for the GoPro. It’s one of my favorites because I almost died so I went back to narrated the whole thing & add context. Worth watching again I think. It was a good reminder for me of how bad things can turn in a blink of an eye without a clue it’s coming. I got the deer though & it was a big baby 40lbs or so. Not my biggest as I’ve hogtied & hauled full grown bucks & does before I knew better. We all learn lots along the way though & that’s part of the reason I share so much. All the next guy or gal has to do is watch & read & then they won’t have to make all the mistakes I did teaching myself how to capture. Not a skill easy to find a teacher of that’s for sure. We always know more as we get older & I wish I would have listened more to my great uncle’s stories as a kid. He lived in New Mexico. He got there when he got back from WW2 drove his motorcycle across gravel & dirt roads to settle out west & became a fur trapper. He ended up killing a momma mountain lion only to discover it left behind a cub. He raised that cub & it was his constant companion out on the trail as he checked traps. He could have taught me so much about the harder to catch creatures I’m sure. Maybe he did & I didn’t realized how much I did hear of his stories. I’d be proud if I had just a drop of that kind of grit & spirit he had in me. Hope you enjoy our content. Besides donating, you can contribute by engaging with our content on social media platforms.
