Welcome to Black Swan Adventures. This is the beginning of our journey to save a neglected 36ft vintage Dutch cruiser. It truly breaks my heart to see the condition she’s in today: forgotten, weathered, and far from the beautiful vessel she once was. By next April, she needs to be back in the water. Until then, I’m documenting every step of the rebuild — the struggles, the surprises, and hopefully the transformation from a trashed hull to a beautiful liveaboard home.
