Bhendi Cashew Fry Ingredients:- Okra - 250g Cashew nuts- 50g Ghee - 1 tb spn Mustard- 1/4 tsp Cumin - 1/4 tsp Urad dal - 1/2 tsp Chana dal - 1/2 tsp Curd chilli- 2 Curry leaves- 2 sprigs Turmeric- 1/4 tsp Dry coconut powder- 1 tb spn Garlic cloves- 1 bulb Onion - 1/2 Chilli powder- 1 tsp Salt - To Taste In a pan add ghee , okra and saute for 7-8 mins on medium heat. Transfer it to a bowl. In the same pan add ghee, mustard, cumin, chana dal, urad dal, curd chilli, cashews nuts & roast them. Now add curry leaves, turmeric, dry coconut powder & toss it. Add cooked okra In a pestle add garlic, onion, curry leaves & crush them, add this to the pan add toss it. Add salt & chilli powder toss & serve it hot with Dal & Rice
