On 11/29/2024, I was sitting stationary on Big Dog Road when I overheard Cross County Deputy Marlow advise he was pursuing a blue Chrysler 300 on Martin Drive near Killough Road. I proceeded to US 64 and monitored the radio traffic while advising Troop D Telecommunications of the incident unfolding. Deputy Marlow advised the suspect vehicle turned onto US 64B and began to travel east. He then stated that the vehicle turned onto Shannon Drive. Deputy Marlow then tried to cut off the suspect who drove back down Hamilton towards Killough. The suspect then conducted a sharp turn back onto US 64B and proceeded eastbound. I was traveling east on US 64 and maintained radio contact with the Deputy. As we neared Levesque, I observed the Deputy traveling eastbound. I advised him I was secondary behind him. I could see the suspect vehicle making reckless lane changes ahead of us. I advised Deputy Marlow to allow me to pass. After taking primary in the pursuit, I observed the suspect vehicle again making reckless lane changes on the Bay Bridge all while driving with complete and utter disregard for the safety of the motoring public. The suspect vehicle maintained a continued pace ahead of me. Each time the suspect vehicle was changing lanes, he failed to signal his intentions of changing lanes or passing. As we neared Parkin, the Parkin Police Chief got in front of the suspect vehicle and attempted to slow him down. I observed the suspect nearly ram into the Parkin Police Chief's vehicle. The suspect then made an abrupt U-Turn. I observed the driver wearing all black and the passenger wearing a red hoodie. He noticed me and conducted a second U-Turn. The chief forced the suspect vehicle off of the roadway for a short time. While attempting to regain control of his vehicle, I attempted to move in for a TVI, but the suspect vehicle regained control and accelerated before I was able to do so. I activated my moving radar to monitor the same direction of travel and locked the suspect vehicle's speed as we were exiting from Parkin at 174 MPH in a posted 55 MPH zone. The suspect vehicle was utilizing the entire roadway with complete disregard for human life and safety. He exited from US 64 onto US 64B which entered into the back side of Earle City Limits. He made an abrupt left-hand turn onto Commerce Street and proceeded northbound. As I was turning onto Commerce, I observed him make a left-hand turn onto 11th Street. As I neared 11th to turn left, I lost sight of the vehicle. After losing sight of the vehicle, I terminated the pursuit and advised my dispatch that I would remain in the area. After terminating the pursuit, Arkansas Game and Fish Sgt. Myer, located the vehicle and both attempted to cover the vehicle with a tarp. The driver of the suspect vehicle was not located at the scene. Both suspects were taken into custody on scene without incident. A further look into the car led me to discover that the car was uninsured at the time of the incident and that the driver was not able to present a driver’s license because he did not have them on him or in the car. Both suspects were transported to the Cross County Detention Facility where they were formally charged with the below- listed charges: Isiah Menner: 27-37-702 No Seatbelt 27-50-308(b)(1)(B) Reckless Driving - 1st 27-51-104 Careless and Prohibited Driving 27-51-104(b)(1) Improper or Unsafe Lane Change 27-50-302(a)(7) Speeding - More Than 15 MPH Over Limit 5-53-111(a)(b)(2) Tampering with Physical Evidence 5-54-125(c) Fleeing on Foot 5-54-125(d)(3) 2023 Fleeing - Felony 27-22-104 No Liability Insurance 27-51-307 Improper Passing on Left 27-51-402 Improper U-Turn on Curve or Crest of Grade Carsean Washington: 1.) 5-53-111(a)(b)(2): Tampering with Physical evidence 2.) 5-3-404: Criminal Conspiracy Nathan Ellis: 1.) 5-53-111(a)(b)(2): Tampering with Physical evidence 2.) 5-3-404: Criminal Conspiracy Both subjects were given the next available court date of 12/05/2024. follow me on Instagram / lrhn_caash 😎 follow me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?... 😎 follow me on twitter https://x.com/LRHN_Cash ✨😎 follow me on tiktok https://www.tiktok.com/@lrhncaash?_t=... 😎✨ #arkansasstatepolice #policechase #policepursuit #highspeedchase #spikes #gtapolicechass #police #foryou #policechase #policepursuit #arkansas #carchases #carchase #foryou #fyp #fypシ゚viral #fastlife #fastlifenick #hellcat #chrysler
