This is not an official US Air Force video. PT starts at 0:50 This video is to give viewers an idea of how physical training was in USAF Basic Military Training. This PT regimen was current as of early 2020, and has changed. This was the strength day regimen pre-COVID. It was done every other day Monday through Saturday alternating with run days. Though PT has changed, expect no less in preparation for BMT. In addition to these exercises, there is more PT performed throughout the day either on the trainee's own time, or under the discretion of a Military Training Instructor. (Yes, there will be pull ups as well) If you are joining the Air Force for a Battlefield Airman job (TACP, PJs), expect substantially more PT than what is shown in the video.
