The audio has been advanced by 6-1/2 seconds to remove the delay caused by being over a mile away. The new bridge was supposed to have a pedestrian-bicycle path to provide a key connection 50 miles south of the nearest bridge. The Hogan administration chose to leave out the path, and demolishing the old bridge eliminates any possibility of having a ped-bike connection for the century-long lifespan of the new bridge.
