Simple rustic outdoor garden sink made from pallets and scrap wood.

I've been wanting to build this outdoor sink for a while. I finally found a laundry sink I can use and it came with a good faucet too. The sink is great for filling up the chicken water, garden work, and cleaning. The kids love using it to fill their water balloons too. This sink will also help reduce water waste because you can reuse the water that goes into the bucket at the end of the drain. The total cost of this build was very small. All of the wood I had on hand from my salvage efforts. I found the sink at the end of someone's driveway, but you can easily find one second hand online. I had to go to the hardware store for a couple of plumbing fittings. Winterizing is very easy. I will drain the water from inside the house. Next I'll take a portable compressed air tank and blow the remaining water out. This will purge all the water from the PEX line and the garden house. I hope you enjoy the video!
