In this video, we’ll provide an in-depth and easy-to-understand explanation of narrative analysis. After watching this video you’ll know the key steps of narrative analysis. Next, we’ll break down our step-by-step approach of doing narrative analysis, which involves: 1) data collection 2) transcription 3) the types of narrative, and lastly, 4) the analysis phase of narrative analysis. Capturing narrative can be tricky, so we’ll give you our strategies for extracting narrative analysis from interviews. We will help you hone in on the moments where your research participant is constructing their narrative.
