To resupply in the Bivouac SCAVENGE RESOURCES IN THE GAME WORLD to craft supplies as YOU CANNOT BUY YOUR WAY thru the game when you're outside of Erewhon. Without the Garage in the Bivouacs you cannot spawn vehicles, so if you need transportation STEAL IT. NO FAST TRAVEL unless in emergency i.e fast traveling to closest bivouac ONLY in the event of the player being stuck in a soft spot/glitch and you need to get out of the soft spot/glitch to continue the game session.
