In this class we followed on from last week's fancy 6-beat sequence with a new set of moves. This time the moves themselves are not super tricky (well, except for a couple of them!), but it's the transitions between them that are challenging – so using clear connection and momentum, and ensuring that your timing is on point is essential for the lead/follow dynamic to work perfectly! The sequence included: a send out to open, RJ back to open, circle to closed, inside turn to open, sugar push, hip catch sugar push, another sugar push and finally a pass-by with a shoulder catch redirect!
