RECIPES FROM TODAY’S VIDEO: +Breakfast: Chocolate PB overnight oats (About 29 grams of protein per serving) Ingredients (per serving): ½ c quick oats (I used the Kodiak brand), ⅔ c milk (I used almond milk), 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 tsp chia seeds (If you aren’t using protein powder, add some honey or maple syrup to sweeten it up! Along with some cocoa powder for the chocolate flavoring), 1 tbsp almond butter. Directions: Mix all the ingredients in a mason jar or any container with a lid. Top with almond butter and store in the fridge overnight. Enjoy! +Lunch: Korean BBQ Turkey bowls Ingredients: 1 lb. lean ground turkey, ½ c frozen chopped onions, ⅔ cup Primal Kitchen Korean BBQ sauce, 1 packet of brown rice, baby carrots and butternut squash. Directions: Cook the ground turkey and onions until done. Add the BBQ sauce. Cook the rice according to package directions. I cooked my veggies in the air fryer but you can bake them in the oven as well. I add olive oil and garlic salt to mine as well. Assemble bowls and enjoy! +Dinner: Crock Pot Turkey Chili Ingredients: 1 lb. of lean ground turkey, 1 packet of chili seasoning, 1 packet of ranch seasoning, ½ c frozen chopped onions, 1 can of petite diced tomatoes and 1 can of red kidney beans. Cook the meat and onions and add everything to the crock pot. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Enjoy! +Dessert: Chocolate pudding parfaits Ingredients: 1 carton of instant chocolate pudding (you will need milk to make this and I divided mine into about 4 servings ½ c each), ½ c light Greek vanilla yogurt, about 5 frozen cherries Directions: Layer the parfait with the pudding first, next the yogurt and then top with the cherries.
