An equipment-free way to strengthen and tone that side booty, inner and outer thigh. All you need is a mat and some good tunes! Repeat each of the exercises 12-15 reps, pulses about 10 times and you can either use this as a quick booty blast, or repeat 2-3 times to get really that burn going! Check that your elbow is under your shoulder and that your hips are stacked. Use your core to stabilise and be sure to lift both feet off the floor and keep them there! There is always the option to add ankles weights to up the intensity! Be sure to do your stretches after because these will probably get you pretty sore (in a good way!).
