Additional appreciation was extended to Rosa Gray, the Village Office Manager, who manages office responsibilities and publishes the Village Vibe newsletter. Special recognition was given to Marian Berman for her role as interim part-time Executive Director and for enlisting various supporters of TVIH. President Lynn Foehrkolb provided an overview of the budget and outlined key goals for 2026: • Continue the transition of the board to a governance model. • Enhance fundraising efforts to support and exceed budgetary needs. • Produce and present an updated set of bylaws for membership review and approval. • Increase organizational awareness within the Howard County community to strengthen member engagement. Ms. Foehrkolb also introduced Shawn Crosby as the new part-time Executive Director, who addressed the audience. She discussed financial results, including revenue and expenses for 2025.
