This 2004 Chevy Tahoe has no air flow on any setting, not even on it's highest speed. It's probably a dead blower motor, but I know better than to assume. This short video shows a simple test and verification that power is making it all the way to the fan motor, and that the speed control module has full control. (If it DOES work on the highest speed only, it is typically the resistor) This is the first time I've encountered a "stuff it in and twist it" blower install! No more cold morning trips in to work! These are "HOW-TO" videos, that show viewers details of what is involved in a specific repair... some do's and don'ts, as well as a variety of tips to make the repair easier. Warning: Some videos may contain material that qualifies as "other than normally accepted". One of my most popular videos: • 2015 Toyota Rav4 - Rear Brakes and Rotor R... I do most, if not all repairs, with tools that I carry around in my overloaded 1997 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. I perform "On-Site" braking and suspension repairs, amongst other diagnostics and services. My tools consist mostly of Craftsman, a few Stanley, Snap-On, Husky, Pittsburgh, and S&K tools. Scan tools include hand held Actron(s) DVOMs, and test lights. I also currently use a Zurich ZR Pro, for advanced and bidirectional diagnostics as well as a Snap-On Verus Pro, for more detailed diagnostics. I'm always expanding my collection, based on need and convenience.
