"What's the point of Lobber?"

I've been playing Cuphead since day one and to say that I luv the absolute shit out of the game is a major bloody understatement, and I couldn't honestly be much happier with the recently released DLC. I'm happy that some of my friends have also ended up buying and enjoying the game but I've noticed that they always come to me scratcing their head about this one particular weapon. "Tömmey, I don't get how I'm supposed to use the Lobber." or "Lobber's pretty much useless, innit?" Lobber's my favourite weapon, let's just get that out of the way. Packs a punch, has decent range and comes with funky physics that make it the dog's bollocks. It offers consistent and solid damage against large targets, minimises the need to aim when jumping around a lot and when shot vertically, the sludge balls can be even used to set up traps. TL;DR: "show, don't tell" documentation for any of my mates who still doubt the godlike utility of Purple Flurp.
