Inday’s Lechon in Poblacion, Talisay Cebu is one of my go-to Lechon spots every Sunday morning. The consistency of their lechon never fails — juicy meat, reddish crispy skin, rich flavor, and generous portions. Their lechon is cooked over a wood fire for more than three hours, served fresh at 7:00 AM and again at 10:00 AM. Inday’s Lechon is truly one of the best Lechon Breakfast spots in Talisay, Cebu. It’s just about a 15-minute drive from Cebu City on a Sunday morning with light traffic. Inday, the friendly owner, loves to chat and share stories while you wait for your lechon meal. They also serve dinuguan soup, ginabot, and other deep-fried pork innards, plus large puso and soft drinks to complete your meal. You can dine right in their cozy garage area, with the chopping station set up beside the small road — a classic Talisay lechon vibe.
