SHEIDUNA is the result of a collaboration between Puredistance founder Jan Ewoud Vos and Parisian Perfumer Cécile Zarokian. Both 100% independent and driven by the same motive, a passion for authenticity and excellence, they began working on the SHEIDUNA project in September 2015 - hoping for the right chemistry. They were lucky. Very lucky. Through hard work, honest feedback and mutual respect, Cécile managed to create a scent that exactly matched the vision of Jan Ewoud. SHEIDUNA is a rich and intense Perfume inspired by the panoramic views and feel of golden sand dunes in the desert during sunset - soft, female curves changing from deep gold to warm, orangey red - embodying a promise of sensual comfort and silent seduction. The name SHEIDUNA is invented by Jan Ewoud Vos and the nature of the Perfume is reflected in the sound of SHEIDUNA - a name composed from the words: ‘She’, ‘Sheika’ and ‘Dune’, having the same cadence as the word ‘Seduction’.
