The Experiental learning model also called Kolb’s learning cycle was developed by David A. Kolb. The model provides an insight into how individuals learn. The model was published in a book entitled “Experiential Learning” in 1984. David A. Kolb was a professor of organisational behaviour and management at the MIT Sloan School of Management and at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University, where he is currently Emeritus Professor of Organisational Behaviour.
