This camera sits at BNSF Cherokee Subdivision Milepost 422.75, just east of the BNSF Tulsa Cherokee Yard—the largest rail yard and only hump yard in the state. With heavy intermodal traffic, regular manifest trains, hi-rail vehicles, and the rare Office Car Special, there’s always something to see. This livestream uses a publicly-available ODOT (Oklahoma Department of Transportation) traffic camera aimed at the junction of US-75 North and I-244. While the camera’s primary purpose is traffic monitoring (and it also works great as a weather cam), it also happens to capture the dual mainline tracks perfectly for railfanning. While others have previously attempted livestreams from this location, we are here to ensure that this camera is PERMANENTLY available for railfans to use as a resource for train spotting and tracking!
