I actually learned it from Luis Sarabia a few years ago, but I'm paying it forward and showing you guys what it's all about. Basically, you want to get tall while you're upside down. Tense your whole body (upper body, core and legs) while pressing your toes up towards the sky. It sounds a little ridiculous, but trust me, it works. You'll hold your handstand longer after giving this a fair shot. I explain in the video how you can train this concept against the wall and even in a pike position so you can prepare for applying it to your freestanding handstands. It doesn't take too long to work on, and once you get the hang of it you'll be able to land handstands far more consistently and for longer holds. Hope it helps!
