The Delhi High Court today granted former union minister P Chidambaram interim protection from arrest till July 3 in the INX Media corruption case. Mr Chidambaram moved two courts in Delhi for protection from arrest in the Aircel-Maxis and INX Media cases. In the Aircel-Maxis case, a Delhi court directed the Enforcement Directorate not to take any coercive action against Mr Chidambaram until the next hearing on June 5.
