Narrowboat Hire Honeymoon Adventure | The Carpenter's Daughter

Our honeymoon narrowboat hire adventure is finally here! We travelled from Ellesmere Blackwater Marina to Llangollen, Wales along the Shropshire Union Canal. Initially we didn't like standing for hours driving outside, but from our 2nd day, we loved it! If curious, we also spent our honeymoon at Pen-y-Dyffryn Hotel, including Hans. We chose this for a luxurious night as we'd had a very inexpensive wedding. So wanted to treat ourselves to fine dining which also had an amazing jacuzzi bath in the country. This hotel was a very short distance from the Blackwater Marina. We hired our boat through Canal UK Canal Boating which was about £600 for the week, including our dog.
