During this video I will teach you how to make your own tubeless tire sealant for a fraction of the price of the big brand names out there. Total cost of this is less than $20 and will make a lot. If you have multiple bikes, switch tires based on conditions, or are just plain cheap this is the way to go. The recipe used here only uses a portion of all of the ingredients purchased, plenty is left over so adjust accordingly. Use this sealant in any type of tubeless bike tire set up to fix leaky tires and fix punctures as they happen during rides! Let me know how this works for you, it has been doing the job for me on the trails and the road but if you have ideas to improve this I would like to know. I have attached links to all ingredients in the recipe list below. The recipe: 2 parts liquid latex https://amzn.to/3hVxdcj 1 part ammonia* https://amzn.to/39OhE3k 2 parts anti-freeze https://amzn.to/39Ni1eo 4 parts distilled water https://amzn.to/3gmNEhn 5-10 handfuls of dog fur, alternative would be a few tea spoons of corn meal. *A lot of people have said this is too much ammonia and can have negative effects to your tire sidewalls as well as the valve and rim. If you feel this is true I would recommend using 1/10 - 1/4 the amount as it does still help.
