Edit 24th Feb: Filmed in Dragonhold but updated for Harrowstorm. Not much has changed - sustain is better, but this is the main one: Glacial Presence: This passive now also increases your Critical Damage against enemies and Critical Healing against allies who have been recently afflicted with the Chilled status effect. Expect BETTER DPS from Magicka Warden in Harrowstorm! This is a Magicka Warden PVE build and Iron Atronach Parse for the Dragonhold/Harrowstorm patch. Magicka Warden offers more utility than ever before in Dragonhold, which makes them more useful than ever before (if there is no Warden support player in the group, at least). The Screaming Cliff Racer can set the enemy off-balance and Fetcher Infection will now apply Minor Vulnerability. Winter's Revenge now becomes one of the strongest AOEs in the game. The Bear also remains one of the strongest ultimate in the game for sustained damage, but again it leaves the class very reliant on it. This rotation was performed by @stileanima. Check out her channel, especially for Healing and End-game raiding content. YouTube: / @stileanima -- I am using the Max Magicka/Magicka Regen food, with 64 points into Magicka for all Magicka Setups in these rotations. Gear used here: 5x Mother's Sorrow Body, 5x Siroria front-barred, 2x Zaan. (See build screenshot for full details). The above is used simply for purposes of comparison against other classes, in this test environment. Race used: Altmer Good alternatives: Breton, Dunmer, Khajiit In real raid situations, consider Clockwork Citrus Fillet or Artaeum Pickled Fish Bowl as food alternatives. Other gear that is perfectly suitable for different situations include: False God, Spell Strategist, New Moon Acolyte, Master Architect CMX Parse, Build (Gear, Skills, CPs), Superstar from Video -- https://imgur.com/a/ZMI8uyF -- Rotation: This rotation is all about getting the best blend of direct damage and damage over time. Here we choose to keep up Unstable Wall, Winter's Revenge, Scalding Rune, Barbed Trap, Fetcher Infection and Degeneration for our DOTs. Then we fit in as much Deep Fissure and Screaming Cliff Racer (Birbs) as possible. Here @stileanima chooses to cast Deep Fissure more or less 1-in-3 casts. Seeing as I am describing a dynamic rotation here I shall say that generally, in-between, there is a cast of a DOT, of which Unstable Wall and Winter's Revenge hold the highest priority. Fetcher Infection is generally the next strongest, then really whatever else needs refreshing from the skills listed above. Throw the Birbs whenever there is nothing else that needs casting. Use the Bear Ultimate as soon as convenient. If you notice that many DOTs run out at the same time, feel free to cast them consecutively, and skipping a Deep Fissure cast. In previous patches, I've noticed that casting Deep Fissure 1-in-4 is not too different than 1-in-3 if it means a better uptime in DOTs. There can also the occurence that your Deep Fissure damage does not hit if you try 1-in-3 with slight mistimings just so you know. Proposed Static Rotation Start: Netch - Trap Repeat: Shalk - Wall - Winter Shalk - Fetcher - Degeneration Shalk - Scalding - Spam - Spam/Netch/Trap (Alternate Netch and Trap, if sustain is good, use a Spam) Spam = Birb or Bear Ulti -- About alternative skills that I did not use in this video: Mystic Orb - a must-have skill if you want to include more AOE damage into your setup. Upsides also include a nice group synergy, but the downside is the high resource cost. Inner Light (front-barred) - if you want a simpler rotation, you could drop one of the DOTs (for example Degeneration) and include Inner Light on the front bar. Elemental Blockade - using this morph instead of Unstable Wall can also be a decent option. This option offers more cleave allows slightly better sustain by allowing you to cast this skill less frequently, and more so other cheaper skills. Consuming Trap - a DOT that can help sustain if used in trash fights or on smaller mobs in Boss Fights, due to the resource return. Channeled Acceleration - if you prefer this over Barbed Trap, this is fine. Magicka sustain will suffer a little but might be easier to use in some cases. Flame Reach - if you wanted to add another single-target DOT. Provides some extra sources of Burning damage and cost is relatively cheap, but the damage isn't as good as some other options. -- ♫Music By♫ ●Paris Looky - Rogue [Bass Rebels Release] ●Song - • Paris Looky - Rogue [Bass Rebels] Chill Ba... ●Download/Stream - https://www.bassrebels.co.uk/Rogue
