A compelling, hard-hitting drama about living with the consequences of one's own decisions. Reckless driving is one the major causes of teenage deaths. Tom works hard to buy his first car and then proudly shows it off to his girlfriend, Pam. His fast driving lands him a ticket, together with several warnings at traffic school that "speed kills". Tom ignores the warnings and later, at a party, starts a reckless car chase with other party-goes. To avoid colliding with a truck, Tom drives the car off road - it tumbles into a ravine and ends up killing his girlfriend. Tom has to deal with nightmares of his guilt and the loss of his closest friend.
