First of many drives around the Lake District. Starting in Wasdale next to Wastwater Lake we drive over to the town Ambleside driving along an amazing road, the Hardknott Pass, It is a single track road right through the middle of the Lake District, and is very steep and twisting, but great fun. The Hardknott Pass ties with Rosedale Chimney in North Yorkshire for the title of steepest road in England, with both achieving a gradient of 1 in 3 (about 33%). Towards the end it starts to rain heavy as I finish the drive in Ambleside. My 14th of hopefully many YouTube Drives.
