Reliving The Fun: The Original Splatmaster

It has been an enormous joy, bringing this old marker back to life and hitting the field with it. Almost 40 years old and it's still spitting paint and getting eliminations. Getting to see what it was like to play at the dawn of our sport, learning to deal with the same equipment some of the first players used, and breathing a little life into that original experience, the same one that captured the minds of some of the pillars of the paintball community like Blue Hanse and Bud Orr, has been a lot of fun. The Splatmaster is a really cool piece of paintball history, and spending a lot of time playing with one will definitely show you just how far the sport has come in the past few decades. It has definitely earned its place as a permanent part of my collection
