This was a result of becoming increasingly aware and educated on the environmental impact and health risks of meat consumption. I was quite embarrassed to have previously been working in this industry myself and contributing to the problem. However, I now see it as an opportunity to share my journey to becoming vegan and making these positive changes for the planet, so that others might be inspired to do the same! Beginning of 2016, I quit my desk job in France and took the opportunity to work in a cattle station in Central Queensland, Australia, as a "ringer", a "jackaroo". During 4 months, I experienced what was the life in the Oz outback in a large cattle station. That place was so unique with breathtaking landscapes that I couldn't stay without making a movie about it. I saved my first 2 months salary to buy a drone knowing that it would be the best and easiest way to give credit to that stunning scenery.
