G-DECK LIFT/ELEVATOR QUICK INSTALL EXAMPLE We are continuing with our G-DECK TV series and this video is regarding just how quick our lift / elevator void gates are to install. Although the video is a short guide on how easy and fast they are to install, under 5/10 minutes including the gate and extension wings is super fast especially when installed by one person. We designed and created these many years ago for the elevator industry to give fall protection on open voids which are often given poor fall prevention solutions. These have already been a success within the construction sector with many National big build developers choosing our product. Depending on the void width whether you just need a door only measuring 2.2m (h) x 1.8m w or an extension wing with it adding another 600mm (w) totaling 2.2m (h) x 1.8m (w), however, for bigger voids extension wings can be added to either side with ease to fit all. The doors only open inwards to the walkway and can’t open into the void which avoid fall in's and are gable style so not all the door needs to be opened for access. Each door has a padlock facility for individual added security. As with everything within our portfolio, these are manufactured by ourselves and are certificated to BSEN 13374:2013 Class A.
