I am forever grateful for those of you who kept nudging me to record this tune. It only took me 15 years lol. The thing about songs is they have the ability to capture a moment in time and can also attach themselves to a listener's personal story. I can't tell you how many times someone has come up to me after performing Afterglow and told me a story about one of their loved ones that this song made them think about. This song brought a lot of us together :) Writing Afterglow was a therapeutic exercise for me at the time and I hope it brings you the same comfort.
