A traditional pearl millet recipe, can be stored in fridge for a week that can cool your body in summer. Ingredients: Pearl Millet - 1 cup Steps: Soak millet for 3 hours & drain the water. Grind it coursely. In 3 cups of boiling water add the grinded millet mix, cook for 3 mts. See the consistency, if needs add another 1/2 cup boiling water, cook for 3 whistles. You can eat along with ghee & jaggery. Can be go along with any gravy. Omce it cool down after 2 hours, make it as balls & put in drinking water as shown.
