After 15 minutes, bread the chicken wings with cornflour and fry them for 10 minutes over medium flame. After frying the wings, let them cool down before refrying them again for 5 minutes over medium flame. Once the wings are re-fried, then keep them aside. Ingredients To Make The Coating Sauce 3/4 Tsp Oil 3 Cloves Of Chopped Garlic 2 Tsp Tomato Ketchup 1 Tsp Soya Sauce 1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes Salt As Needed 1/4 Tsp Sugar Sesame Seeds Heat the oil in a pan and then add the chopped garlic, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, chilli flakes, salt and sugar. Mix well and let it simmer until the sauce thickens. Once the sauce is thickened, turn off the flame, and add all the chicken wings and mix them well until all the wings are evenly coated with the sauce mix. Finally, sprinkle some sesame seeds and serve.
