Scarlets players Eddie James and Callum Williams visit South Caernarfon Creameries to get a taste of how Dragon Cheese create their Cavern Aged Cheddar range. The boys were guided through the creamery by Sean Jones, the cheese quality manager and chief grader at South Caernarfon Creameries. Sean explained the full process of creating cheese, before heading over to Llanfair Slate Caverns, where Eddie and Callum learned why the cheese is matured in this environment and how it affects the taste.
