With most of my creations that I share here, I invite myself to fully drop into the Now and translate my experiencing of the moment and also the energy of my surrounding into sound. I am currently in “presence practice” - trying to bring awareness to my mind activity more and consciously return to the very moment over and over again, to remember the essence of life, really. And harnessing the beauty of the mountains and forests around me, I am sharing this song with you today a one take as always - and hope it can evoke feelings of hope and joy inside of you, wherever you are standing in this life.
