Ah yes, the Sound reports. Since there is some time in between releases of a more deliberate work it happens, almost by itself, to be filled with ocasional experiments, or etudes. Sound reports are such etudes to me. I keep doing music, keep making it, but usually it doesn't come out the way I want it to be experienced(for many different reasons). To erase such ocasional work is a shame too, neither to keep it unpublished. By the way - it helps to listen to them when they are in a released state. New angle - new ideas, new understanding - new thoughts. Sound report - is such text file or a filled document/template made by sound recordist, where he puts all information considering the record (location, time, micrpophones used etc.). Quite not interesting tbh, just a case of work ethics (well, that's how I understand it, most probably I'm totally wrong). I really really REALLY don't like idea of "content" - "the content" and multiplication of emptyness. I can't allow myself to share something unimportant to me - with others. That's what I consider to be wholesome, genuine, cincere. But content is none abowe, it's on the contrary. And most profoundly - it's all about entertainment, which I believe is very important, but it's very junky in nature - "the content". So it was hard for me to allow myself to do something that comes easily and release it same way. Not consider it important or heavy. Just making things that I was into at the time, and letting them go, by themself.That was hard to maintatin. Again, to me such approach is irresponsible, and, I had to overcome it. Sound reports are those lighweight thoughts of mine, but, it comes out feelings those ideas brought are quite deep and interesting, joyous in nature, but not in the intent. Don't know how to explain it precisely, but that's how it is. Oh yes and one last thing - I believe that joy in art is more keen to hobby, joy is more related to simple (and very important too) but evading, evaporating things. I guess I just need to calm my mind on this topic and move on. So yes, the Sound Reports.
