If you are 18 to 24 years old and not in employment, education or training, BAE Systems are offering a 4-week work experience placement designed to help you into work. No experience is necessary – only a desire to learn and enthusiasm to gain new skills. As part of a cohort of up to 16 young people, you will gain practical hands-on experience, boost your confidence, improve your teamwork and communication skills. You will gain the opportunity to develop your interview skills and CV and meet with our recruitment team. Many previous participants have progressed to employment and apprenticeships with BAE Systems at the end of their placements.
